This website
No cookies, no analytics, no forms. The site is served by Cloudflare, which briefly keeps request logs (including your IP address) to deliver and protect it; that is our legitimate interest in running a secure site.
Our games
No account, no sign-up. Progress and settings stay in your browser, on your device. A game may send anonymous usage and performance statistics under a random identifier kept with the game's progress; no name, email or account is involved. They are processed by PostHog in the EU, IP addresses are discarded on receipt, and the data is kept for one year. Browsers sending Global Privacy Control are not measured. Ads, cookies and accounts on a game portal are the portal's own, under its own privacy policy.
If you write to us, we keep the conversation as long as needed to answer you, then delete it. Our mailbox is hosted by Zoho in the EU.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what we hold about you and have it corrected or deleted: write to hello@smoothsoftware.dev, or complain to the Czech data protection office.
